SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1 to 3. Please allow up to 2 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
Orders are typically processed and sent within 24 hours of you placing your order, or the following business day.
All parcels are sent using Australia Post (For both domestic and international orders) Express post can be arranged for an additional fee.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address and receiver details. No responsibility will be taken for lost
parcels due to incorrect provision of address details.
No responsibility will be taken for additional customs charges, taxes, import duties or third party handling fees that may be incurred for
parcels arriving in the receivers country regarding international delivery.
